主要研究方向:

 葡萄、苹果、烟草等植物代谢组及特征香气成分代谢机制与调控;香气及其前体物等有机成分分离、分析;自然产物特征香气化合物组及特征香气重要成分鉴定。

讲授本科生课程:植物生理学、葡萄酒化学、蒸馏酒工艺学等。
