主要研究方向:

 食品生物技术,包括益生菌大健康产品开发如天然益生菌筛选、功能评价,药食同源、地理标志产品发酵制品研制以及功效性评价;微生物组学技术研究如宏基因组、基因组、转录组、蛋白组和代谢组;食品酶的分泌表达以及定向进化;放线菌天然产物的菌株筛选、理性、非理性育种,发酵工艺优化以及产物提取技术;食品蛋白质功能成分递送体系及功能食品开发。
